We require a deposit of 30% at the time of booking and balance at least 30 days before the tour begins.

Cancellation

If the client(s) cancel a trip, the money paid will be refunded less the costs of cancellation fee charged by hotels, climbing deposit, charter flight ticket, food expenses and any other costs might have involved.

Transportation

The company uses 4x4WD Land Rovers/Cruisers/Minibus and Saloon cars depending on the route and number of clients in a particular trip. The right is reserved to employ the services of sub-contractors but without compromising quality

Accommodations

Prices are based on single/double/triple occupancy. Single rooms on safari (for lodge safari) cannot always be assured due to limited space. Should an accommodation fall to provide single occupancy despite payment of supplement, the applicable amount is refundable. Accommodation ranges from High class, mid class and low class hotels/lodges and tented campsites. Most of the hotels have private bathrooms and swimming pools and all have full restaurant and bar facilities. Budget camping safaris/tours are usually flexible in terms of number of people per tent as needed.

Adjustment of a trip/safari

The sequences and accommodation of all itineraries is normally adhered to but we reserve the right to make alterations enforced by whether, roadwork, high season congestion or other reasonable causes. Any delays caused by natural calamities i.e. whether condition, roadblock etc. will not be the liability of the company. We also reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any safari at any time in which case an equitable amount will be refunded. All prices are based on tariffs and other cost prevailing at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice

Insurance

All clients are advised to take an insurance policy to cover personal accident and medical expense. We highly recommend secure travel insurance at the starts of any safari/climb. Real Adventure is not liable to any of these or other acts of nature.

Liability

The Company acts only as an agent for the owners, contractors and suppliers providing tour services and/or all related travel services and assumes no responsibility whatsoever for injury, personal illness, loss or damage to person or property in connection with any service, resulting directly from:- delays; expenses arising from quarantine; detention; strikes; pilferage; thefts; failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled; civil disturbances; terrorism; government restrictions or regulations; and discrepancies or changes in hotel services in which it has no influence. Each of these companies are independent corporation with theirs own management and are not subject to the influence of Real Adventure.

While every effort will be done for safety, the Company cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal property and it is advisable to arrange relevant insurance

Valuables

Please keep these with you at all times. Safety deposit facilities are available at most accommodations

Baggage

While on safari one piece of baggage is permitted per person, plus the hand rucksack. It is advisable to leave all excess baggage with us/hotel or lodge until the end of the safari/trip
