Booking Terms and Conditions
A 30% deposit of the total price is required at the time of booking with the balance to be paid at least 30 days before the tour begins. We will accommodate last minute reservations when possible.
All payments for bookings during the Christmas and New Year seasons should be made by 1st November. The earlier you book the better to ensure accommodation availability.
Cancellation Policy
Prior to tour departure all cancellations must be in writing. Real Adventure will retain a percentage of the trip cost dependent upon the receipt date of the cancellation notice. If the trip is cancelled:
- 35 days prior: 30% of tour cost is non-refundable
- 34 – 15 days prior: 50% of tour cost is non-refundable
- 14 - 7 days prior: 75% of tour cost is non-refundable
- 6 days or less prior or no show: 100% of tour cost is non-refundable.
We suggest you contact your insurance broker to discuss any trip cancellation coverage.
